As a Executive Director of Goomer Academy, Deepti is responsible for the development and implementation of all educational and administrative programs.  In addition, her management responsibilities include parent relations, human resources, training and leadership development, and overall quality assurance.  

Deepti holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from Shivaji University, India and Program Director Permit issued by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Deepti started out as Research Scientist with Indian Department of Defence but everything changed after the birth of her second daughter.  As she spent more time with her own children, she realized her passion for child development.  She changed profession and started taking formal education in Child Development.  In 2006, she took license for Large Family Daycare and started working out of her home and she founded Goomer Academy in 2011.
