- Infant Program
Our 12 to 24 month program lays the foundation for confident, curious, and caring learners. With individualized attention and nurturing guidance, we help each child take their next steps joyfully and securely toward toddlerhood.
- Goals
Between 12 and 24 months, infants grow rapidly in independence, movement, and communication.
Our goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child feels secure, loved, and encouraged to explore.
We focus on:
- Building confidence and independence through supportive routines and guided exploration.
- Encouraging curiosity and communication by responding to each child’s natural interest in people, objects, and sounds.
- Supporting healthy emotional and social development through trust, consistency, and positive interactions.
Every milestone, whether a first step, first word, or first friendship, is celebrated as a meaningful part of each child’s learning journey.

Our curriculum is thoughtfully designed to nurture growth in all key developmental areas through exploration, play, and connection.

Age and enrollment questions
What ages does Goomer Academy accept?
We are licensed for children from 12 months to 5 years old, across three programs: Infant, 12 to 24 months; Preschool, 2 years to 3 years 6 months; and Pre-K / TK, 3 years 6 months to 5 years.
My child is three. Preschool or Pre-K?
Under 3 years 6 months, children join the Preschool program. From 3 years 6 months, they move into Pre-K / TK. If your child is close to that line, come and visit — we will place them where they will do best.
Do you take babies under 12 months?
Our license covers children from 12 months of age, so we cannot enroll younger babies. You are welcome to join the waitlist and we will contact you as your child approaches their first birthday.
What happens when my child turns five?
Children leave our Pre-K / TK program for kindergarten. The program is built around kindergarten readiness for exactly that reason.
